Course Description: This course continues to extend the basic skill of ELD 2 listening comprehension, speaking/oral communication, reading and writing. Students in this course are primarily Early Intermediate students. This course is for students who have successfully completed ELD 2 coursework, have studied English approximately two years before entering U.S. schools, and/or who test at this level. This course receives English credit. This course can be concurrent enrollment with ELL English I, or English I. The complete curriculum guide is located at the link below.
